Onward Christian Soldiers

Yesterday morning at the 8.15am service at Wee Waa we sung the song Onward Christian Soldiers. Some of our team took that literally yesterday afternoon when they went out to observe some shooting.

All the team have been encouraged to hear stories of Christian life in the bush. It’s definitely different to Sydney when stories of killing snakes in the kitchen are common place.

This morning a group of us went to Wee Waa High School to run Scripture seminars. It was a tough crowd, but we are reminded that it is God who is at work here. Please pray for the chaplains at Wee Waa High, that they have opportunities to share their faith with these young people.
